1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or any other service with Perch Travels and Tours (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the client,” “you”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement.
2. Booking & Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the client receives a written confirmation from us and makes the required initial deposit.

2.2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure.

2.3. Late Bookings

For bookings made less than 15 days before departure, full payment is required immediately upon booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by Client

Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 70% refund.
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

3.2. Cancellation by Perch Travels and Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). Clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Amendments & Changes

4.1. By Client

Requests for changes must be made in writing. We will accommodate changes where possible but reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

4.2. By Company

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, transport, or other arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to offer a comparable alternative.

5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. The insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
Arriving at departure points on time
Being in suitable health for travel
Respecting local laws and customs
Adhering to environmental and community guidelines in line with our sustainable tourism practices

7. Liability Disclaimer
Perch Travels and Tours acts only as an agent for various independent suppliers and is not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers. We are not liable for: Delays, cancellations, or overbookings Loss, injury, or damage to persons or property Any additional expenses caused by force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics)
8. Health & Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit for travel. You are required to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour.
9. Baggage & Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to baggage or personal items during the tour. Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers such losses.
10. Photography & Marketing
By participating in a tour, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must notify our tour leader or local representative immediately. If the issue is not resolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the tour.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
13. Data Privacy
All personal information provided by the client will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
